To protect our independence, we do not provide bookkeeping or management services to organizations we audit or review.

How It Starts
Initial Consultation
The Initial Consultation lets us learn about your organization, funding sources, audit or review requirements and timeline, and determine the right scope and fee for your engagement.

Consultation Credit
The $150 Initial Consultation fee is credited toward your engagement fee if you move forward with our services.
Example: $1,200 engagement fee − $150 consultation credit = $1,050 balance

Initial Consultation Terms & Conditions

No Engagement Created
Scheduling or completing an Initial Consultation does not establish a client-accountant relationship for audit, review, tax or other professional services. An engagement is only created once a formal engagement letter or service agreement is issued, signed, and the engagement fee is paid.

Consultation Fee
The $150 Initial Consultation fee covers the time spent reviewing the client's situation and providing professional guidance. If the client proceeds with services, the fee is credited toward the engagement fee.

No Guarantee of Representation
Major CPA Tax & Accounting Services PLLC reserves the right to decline engagements if the requested services fall outside the firm's scope or if sufficient information is not provided to complete the work.

Information discussed during the consultation is based on preliminary information provided by the client. Final tax advice or conclusions may change after full documentation and records are reviewed.
